William (Bill) L. McIntyre, Jr.
President

Raised in Covina, Bill McIntyre attended Covina High School, where he played both basketball and golf. He earned a B.S. from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business in 1969, but noted that he's been working at his father William's company (founded in 1946) "my whole life. I never had a second thought." The most rewarding part of his job is "designing real estate projects and then seeing them come to life."

Bill sits on the board of directors of the University of La Verne and of the Covina Irrigating Company. He also served for many years in the Covina Lion's Club and was finance chairman for Citrus Valley Health Partners for 20 years.

Outside work, he enjoys reading, traveling, and trying new restaurants and types of food. Bill cited his marriage of 33 years to Diane, and raising "four beautiful children" (Claudine, 32, Cynthia, 30, William III, 28, and Andrew, 26) as his most memorable achievements. What makes the McIntyre Company stand out from other businesses is, in Bill's words, quite simple: "We care about our clients."

Andrew (Andy) M. McIntyre

Senior Project Manager

Andy grew up in West Covina, attended the local schools, and graduated from South Hills High School in 2000. After high school he went on to attend the University of Southern California, where he earned a B.S. degree in Public Policy, Management and Planning. Before joining The McIntyre Company in 2005, he gained valuable real estate development experience working with several organizations in a variety of fields. He states that the most rewarding aspect of his job, is "improving neighborhoods and property values wherever our projects are located."

The youngest McIntyre's commitment to community involvement is well-documented. He sits on the Board of Directors for several organizations, including the Covina Center for the Performing Arts, City of Covina Chamber of Commerce, Covina Irrigating Company, Covina Historic Society, Covina Rotary Lunch Club and Citrus Valley Health Partners Foundation. He feels that as a responsible developer and property manager, "We should have a relentless commitment to community service and complete dedication to the cities and neighborhoods where we develop and manage projects."

Andy is an "avid USC sports fan" and enjoys going out to sample different types of cuisine. He hopes one day to start a family and raise his children with the same love and devotion that was given to him.
